Come Learn with Me in Fredericksburg!

how-does-your-church-communicate

Deadline Extended!

It’s the beginning of a new year and a great time to rethink how your church communicates. If you are within driving distance of Fredericksburg, Texas, I invite you to join me on January 21 at 1:45 pm. I will be offering a new workshop called, “How Does Your Church Communicate? Cutting through the Clutter.”

In this 90-minute session, open to anyone connected to a Rio Texas Annual Conference church*, we will look at the different methods we use to communicate and how we can be more effective. The first 45 minutes will focus on communications within the church. How can our internal communication help us focus on our common vision as a church? The second half will look at how we communicate beyond the walls of the church. How can our church be a part of sharing the Gospel in our communities?

The session is part of the Hill Country District’s annual Equipping the Saints training event. Robert Schnase, Bishop of the Rio Texas Annual Conference will be presenting the keynote address at noon over lunch. Lunch is optional for $12. Otherwise, the workshops are free. If you want to sign up for a meal, the information is here:

If you just want to come to my workshop, (without the meal)you can register here.

  1. Will this training be offered at another time and/or location? Would love to attend, but too far away and already committed to another event that day.

    • Susan, I don’t have any plans yet. This is the first time offering this particular workshop. I will see how it goes. If it goes well, I imagine it will be offered again. It may also be something we can try out in a webinar format.
